Virtual DOG for Win9x/NT

Button function:

New:		Begin to capture data
Open:		Open data file and begin to emulate
save:		Record captured data to file
Dis/en(able)	Stop/Resume WVDOG

follow step below:
	1.Press 'New' button
	2.Run the software that you want to emulate
	3.Save data to file
	4.Open file on step 3
	5.Run software again
